Personalised Coaching

The purpose of coaching is to unlock your potential and maximise your performance, whilst you work towards your individual life goals and objectives, in a safe and motivating environment.

Whether a youth or an adult, goals are completely individual, for example, to enhance your relationships, be more assertive, increase confidence or develop your career. You may have already identified an area to work on to move you forwards in life or you may be at a crossroads where you feel stuck and unsure which way to go. Ether way, personal coaching with Kerry Fox will help you navigate these feelings and look at practical methods to help you excel in your chosen areas.

A variety of methods and approaches are used to facilitate the coaching process, which will be matched to your personal preferences, whilst recognising that change mainly occurs when we move outside our comfort zone.

Whilst most personal coaching is delivered on a one-to-one basis, it can also be delivered in groups to address a particular theme or topic.

In Practice

Starting with a free initial chemistry session to establish your goals and the coaching approach, we offer single 90 minute or multi session packages, face-to-face or via video conferencing.

In order to effect, facilitate and measure meaningful change, it is recommended that clients attend between 3 - 6 sessions, spaced 4 - 6 weeks apart.

Prices for personal coaching start from £150 per session for one-to-one coaching and £75 per person per session for groups.

“I approached Kerry at a time when I was struggling with decisions in my personal and professional life.  I’d already had management training including goal setting, decision making and personal assessment, but at this time, I needed something that was very personal to me. Kerry helped me break down the issues and ask questions of myself I’d not previously considered.  She helped me recognise my core values and I realised that I hadn’t been living by them. I now have a greater understanding of what I want to achieve in life moving forwards. I’ve now tackled some of these decisions and am feeling much more fulfilled.  Whilst I still have work to do, I feel much more assured and considered in my decision making and how it reflects my personal and professional approach.”
