The Time Is Now!

What is our obsession with starting things on a Monday? Diets, workout regimes, work
projects, new routines?

“Well... I was going to start on Monday but it’s 11am on Tuesday now and I haven’t done it, so I’ll have to wait until next week”

“Start something new on a Thursday! No no no, that’s just ridiculous, wash your mouth out!”

What’s so special about Monday? What have all the other days done wrong?! Well except Tuesday... you’re not my favourite! (Bin day!)
