The Performance Equation

We’re kicking off Monday looking at Tim Gallweys ‘Performance Equation’.

As you can see here, it recognises that we all have ‘potential’ but our ‘performance output’ will be our potential minus the interferences around us. So unless you take time to consider your environment too your performance can’t reach its max.

Take a moment to think about your day today...

* What has your environment been like?
* What interferences have you had?
* How have these ‘got in the way’ of your performance?
* How can you alter or prepare for this tomorrow for a greater chance of success?
